Defeat in big D

Now that the Cowboys are out of the playoffs, most people are wondering what is next for them. Does Wade Phillips get the axe? Personally I say that he should get to keep his job. Coaching only goes so far when your team fumbles 4 times, throws 2 INT's and allows 6 sacks. Oh and don't forget the missed field goals.

Coaching is good, but execution is the key.
